The Mind Morph site looks like it’s all about fun.  Aye, but there’s the rub.  Things aren’t exactly as they seem…

Underlying the games, stories, images and activities is actually a foundation of neuroscientific principles and practices.  Everything here is chosen to stretch your thinking, to remodel your mind, to create new neural connections in your brain making learning and intellectual flexibility easier.

Here’s a quick look at the science:

Thinking, learning, and acting actually change both your brain’s physical structure (anatomy) and its functional organization (physiology).

According to Dr. Merzenich, an inventor of the cochlear implant, “The brain is not static; it responds to circumstances, to new learning…Gray matter can actually shrink or thicken; neural connections can be forged and refined or (conversely) weakened and severed.

[And] changes in the physical brain manifest as changes in our abilities.”

In essence, by using your brain in new ways you’re changing its physical structure, which changes the way it works, which gives you a whole new repertoire of resources at your fingertips.  Or should I say, within your brain cells.

And for everyone who wants to reach his or her absolute highest potential, this is a must.
